- oral histories
- tree planting and beautification
If you are interested in participating in one of these areas, please drop us an email and we’ll put you in touch with the board members coordinating these projects. If you expressed interest in one of these areas on your 2012 membership form, we have your contact information and will be in touch soon. N.B.: We heard from several people on the survey that they were especially interested in oral histories, but the survey was anonymous! We also need your suggestions about good people to give talks and tours on preservation and local history. Is there someone you’d particularly like to hear from? Someone with extraordinary on-the-ground knowledge of Cleveland Park whom we might persuade to lead a walking tour in conjunction with WalkingTown DC in September? Let us know!
